Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar has so many benefits. Very high in potassium and magnesium. Great for digestion, weight loss, appetite control, stamina, performance, muscle aches. It has to be raw and unpasteurized, not the grocery store kind. It is available at health food stores. I prefer the Bragg brand because it contains the most “mother” in my opinion. The “mother” is the sediment at the bottom that is loaded with enzymes and friendly bacteria. You can sip a teaspoon 1-3 times a day before meals, or whenever.
