Carrot Juice

Carrot juice is the mainstay of mixed vegetable juices since its sweetness combines well with other less palatable varieties of juice. On its own it has a little spicy taste and is delicious with a few sprigs of fresh herbs. Carrot juice is renowned for its ability to cleanse the liver of excess fats and can aid digestion.
