Greens are very delicious! Anything green…parsley, variety of lettuces, collards, kale, spinach, etc. They are very high in concentrated nutrients. Greens help deliver oxygen to all the cells, accelerates the repair process of all the tissues, extremely high in minerals, great for lung function, fluid balance, digestion, muscle aches and muscle tone, high in glutamine which is an amino acid great for building muscle, keeping muscle and for sore muscles.

Dark leafy greens are loaded with nutrients! Consider vitamins A, C, and K, folate, manganese, magnesium, calcium, fiber. Dark leafy greens also promote eye health (love those carotenoids), fight cancer and can also reduce diabetes risk.
