Anti-Cancer Eating
Eating raw food, juicing, and drinking green smoothies is an excellent way to fight cancer and it keeps your body alkaline.
- Cruciferous vegetables, and vegetables and fruits loaded with carotenoids (carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, pumpkins, tomatoes, persimmons, apricots, beets, and all orange, red, yellow and green fruits and vegetables.
- Mushrooms (reishi, shitake, maitake, enokidake, cremini, portobello, oyster, thistle oyster mushrooms).
- Herbs and spices such as rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, parsley, celery and mint.
- Seaweeds such as kombu, wakame, nori, arame, and dulse.
- Eat berries, plums, peaches, nectarines, citrus fruit which are anti-inflammatory; and drank pomegranate juice.
- Turmeric, curry, ginger, garlic, onions, leeks, shallot and chives are all anti-cancer.
